Very noisy, but it’s a party street.

The location is a good budget spot for party animals, with quiet rear rooms, a large bed, clean bedding and towels, two bottled waters daily, good shower pressure, and air‑con when it worked. Night security and a pleasant cleaning lady were positives. However, the property looks nothing like the advertised pictures and needs modernization; the reception lady/manager was unwelcoming (though helpful with room issues). Street bar noise kept going until 3 am, the bed mattresses were very worn and sunken, there was no lift, and a B300 deposit on site was required for the room key.
The elevator is missing and the bed was bad.
