It was easy to find, but the young lady didn’t know how to use the computer to locate my information and charged me twice for my room—once on my checking account and once on my credit card—so I need a refund on my checking account; I had booked it in June for two days on my credit card.

The room was nice, good value and I got a free ride to the airport, but the free shuttle to the airport was a negative.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location and friendly staff. However, it's worth noting that everything about my experience was simply good, and I didn't encounter any major issues.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, as they offered a convenient free shuttle service to and from the airport, along with free parking for up to a week. However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't provide complimentary coffee, forcing me to rely on the nearby Starbucks instead.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's staff and the cleanliness of my room, but unfortunately, the shuttle service was a major letdown. After calling twice to request a pickup from the airport, I was told it would arrive within 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an hour and was forced to take a taxi at my own expense.
