“Mucha suciedad”
The place wasn’t ugly, but it was dirty and not cleaned. The bathroom fell apart, and there were a lot of bugs.
“Security could be friendlier”
Honestly, the only issue I had was with the security guard, who came across as a bit rude. No other problems, but that one thing kinda soured my stay.

This place was a total mess - no hot water, dirty room, unfriendly staff who didn't help with anything, and you'd have to call them on the phone because they were never around. The pool was green and the gym was rundown.

This place was cheap, which was a plus, but that's about it. The shower was freezing and the bathroom had a pretty bad smell - and I mean, who wants geckos crawling around? Not exactly the most pleasant experience.

The room was a disaster when I arrived - it looked like no one had cleaned it, I had to grab a cloth and spray to clean it myself, and no one came to restock toilet paper or change towels for 5 days. To make matters worse, I left something valuable behind and when I called to sort it out, no one could help me because they didn't speak English.
