How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
When traveling by tour, I stay here and feel safe no matter where I am in the country; the staff make a good impression and I want to use it again. The breakfast menu seems to have shrunk a bit.

After getting off the Niigata West Inter, the access is good, and this was my second stay; the large bath and breakfast buffet were great. No complaints.

The location is close to the Inter and the Niigata Furusato Village I was planning to visit, which was great. There was no curry at breakfast (maybe it was sold out).

The facilities and equipment were clean and I slept comfortably; the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty dishes. No issues.

The interior was tidy and comfortable, and the artificial hot spring was pleasant; I’d use it again when heading that way. The fridge was hidden behind a door under the TV, and the power switch was beside that door, so I didn’t realize the drinks were cold (even maxing the fridge’s on/off switch didn’t help).
