The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but the building was under renovation; we were on the second floor and had to haul our luggage up through four different stairways, and the unfinished areas looked like they were charging by the hour.

The room and bed were very comfortable, but we couldn't stream content to our TV from our own devices, the lighting could be improved, and the security deposit should be handled during online check‑out instead of at the front desk.

It’s close to the train station, which is convenient for getting to the city, but we were given a room in a renovation building that was dirty, the blinds were dirty and torn, and the workers in the morning were shouting and laughing loudly, which was very disruptive.
