“Lovely stay in Venice!”
The room looked very posh and was kept tidy, with a spacious layout, comfy beds, a nice view, and the sight of gondolas passing by was a highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful, though the lobby flooded during rain—staff handled it quickly, so it wasn't a major issue. I was disappointed that the advertised sofa bed required an extra 40 € for sheets and that twin beds weren’t offered because the sofa bed was listed.
The location was fantastic, but one night the neighbors threw a loud party that made it impossible to sleep. The next morning, the reception lady kept speaking on speakerphone with someone on the screen from very early, waking me up; my room 7 was too close and the volume was unbearable.

The place was lovely and clean, with a great location and comfortable rooms, but room N2 faces a wall, so the lack of natural light made it a bit dark and claustrophobic.
The hotel is beautiful and situated in a great location. The only downside was the absence of breakfast.
