The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the room felt a bit cramped and dim.

The location was very convenient, close to the Bahia Palace, the mosque, and only five minutes from the medina in a quiet alley; everything was pristine white. The in‑room coffee machine pleased me, yet coffee was only served on the arrival day and afterward they said I’d have to buy it. The breakfasts on the rooftop terrace were wonderful. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help, even arranging a Sahara tour (though I wouldn’t recommend buying that tour because of many price and quality questions about the bus and lodging). The Wi‑Fi worked perfectly. The windows faced the riad courtyard, with no external ones due to the dense medina construction—common for all hotels in that area—and there was noise. One night was quiet with few people, another was noisy with doors slamming and creaking; we knew about this beforehand and brought earplugs. Still, I give it a 10.
