The bed and shower are incredible! I slept very well every day… you really relax and rest! The pillows are amazing. The staff are highly helpful, making sure you understand everything they say, and they are quick to solve any issue. The hotel’s location is wonderful, two blocks from the main avenue… where everything happens. The restaurant in the hotel is also very tasty. I liked everything.

The staff was very attentive, polite and informative. The bed was extra comfortable and the breakfast was good and sufficient. I wish the air conditioner had flexibility because it was set to 25 permanently, yet it was still comfortable. I didn't understand why they had a coffee machine but no coffee offered, and the bottled water in the refrigerator should have been a welcome gesture instead of being sold. Small details but a great stay nonetheless.

Good location, friendly staff. I found the room dark; they should invest in more lighting. I don't know what happened during the booking with the , but I selected the “with breakfast” option, and when I arrived the hotel told me there was no breakfast in the reservation. As a result, I found the price of the stay expensive for what the hotel offers.

The truth is it’s a very good hotel, all staff very friendly, both reception and buffet ladies. The breakfast area is very pleasant, the furniture very comfortable, we had a very enjoyable experience, highly recommended. Perhaps the variety at the breakfast buffet could improve; if you stay several days the same breakfast gets a bit boring. That doesn’t take away from the good quality and tasty breakfast, but it could be better.
