The hot tub was great, but there was an unpleasant smell.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly, but the hot tub was cold so I couldn’t use it, and the shower’s hot water took a long time to heat up.

The location was good, but my first shower didn’t work. I requested a repair and nothing was done, and the AC leaked onto the carpet.

The location was convenient, right next to the Toyota centre, which was a plus. However, the room had an A/C smell and the air‑conditioning didn’t work well; they moved us to another room that smelled even worse, the door lock was rusty and seemed likely to break easily. After that, it was just okay.
