The staff were friendly and the spot was great. The place was very dirty, especially the bathroom which needed a serious clean.

The staff were accommodating and very friendly. I love how roomy the apartment is and how the view gives a calming vibe. I’d definitely recommend this for large groups. Getting to the hotel was easy since it’s downhill, and I’d suggest grabbing a ride to Sapa Central. The only issue was the many spiders around the area.

The location was good, the room was clean, spacious and had natural light. The shower had hot water and enough pressure. The only downside was that the second floor had no elevator.

I had a small room that wasn’t on the street side, so it was heavenly quiet even though the Old Quarter outside was noisy. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed cozy. The air‑conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a relief during the heat at night, and there was also a powerful ceiling fan. A small fridge and kettle were in the room, and a TV was available if needed. The setup felt a bit upscale. I didn’t find the downstairs café disruptive. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, and even though English was sometimes shaky, a translator app helped. After over five weeks of traveling across Vietnam, I didn’t expect to find such a gem of hospitality and calm right in the middle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. I wholeheartedly recommend it and thank the owner and staff for a lovely stay.

The owners were incredibly kind and even stored our luggage for 10 days. The location was excellent, the people were great, and the facilities and cleanliness were very good.
