Location and welcoming staff. Bathroom, beds and the construction that went on forever in the street. wasn’t their fault but still sth could be done to compensate it. Bathroom is crazily small and when you take a shower, all place gets completely soaked.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel was very central also. We were delighted to be able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out as we had all day before leaving Helsinki. Great value for money. Room looked basic when we arrived. Would have loved coffee making facilities in the room but had a great sleep & breakfast made up for everything.Would definitely stay there again
