I was really pleased with how nice and clean this hotel was – the staff were friendly and the room was spotless.
The location was one of the highlights of our stay - it was super convenient and within walking distance to all the main attractions.

The location was perfect for our wedding, but unfortunately, the room had a few issues.

“It was a nightmare experience in all aspects. Will never stay here again. We recommend you don't.”
Our overnight stay at The Vine on Main turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable lodging experiences we’ve ever had. As senior citizens, comfort and accessibility matter more to us than aesthetics, and this property failed badly in that regard. The bed was extremely low to the ground, making it hard to get in and out, and it was by far the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. We managed only a few hours of sleep and even thought about leaving in the middle of the night. The desk chair was an old wooden folding chair that was so wobbly it seemed unsafe. The shower took about five minutes before hot water came on. The listing didn’t include an in‑room mini refrigerator; guests were directed to use a shared refrigerator in the lobby. The lobby itself was dusty, dirty, and uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning wasn’t running and the windows were left open. This place might appeal to those who value style over comfort, but for us it was a very disappointing experience. When we raised our complaints with management, they were totally unsympathetic and refused to offer any compensation.
“Shower broken”
Cute and clean. The shower in Room #2 was completely broken and didn’t work at all.
“Disappointed”
Location, clean, good water pressure in shower. Nobody was there. No email with the necessary info to get into the room, so we missed the wedding ceremony we were attending. The bathroom door knob came off in my hand when the sliding door closed.
Zero food. Never saw any staff. Self‑check‑in and check‑out. Just a weird experience!
“Great for one overnight”
I liked the furniture and the look of the room. The bathroom was very intriguing, especially the high‑tech mirror. The pillows were awesome and the bed was comfy. The location was great, just 15‑20 minutes from the wedding we were attending. I appreciated the hanging arm for dresses and suits and the luggage holder. The sink was super tiny. The door knob to close the bathroom fell off in my hand. The towels smelled like they’d been in the washer for a while. The worst thing was the lockbox on the door; there has to be an easier key retrieval system. The light next to the bed was broken when we arrived, and we didn’t realize it until we tried to use it.
