The location is good, but the rooms are tired, the food choice in the bar is poor, the lifts are broken, the signage is confusing, the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are poor, and the rooms are a long way from reception. Read above…food, beds, pillows.

The spa is good, but the service in the bar and by the manager is really poor, and I won’t be going back ever.

The front of the hotel and the main building are gorgeous, and the spa is definitely worth the money. For the price per night, the hotel actually offers less than a Premier Inn stay. We weren’t given robes or slippers even though it’s a spa hotel, we were assigned the wrong room, the decoration instructions weren’t followed, and we were generally very disappointed. Breakfast was cold as well.
