How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The proximity to the airport (Skytrain) was easy to walk to, emails arrived promptly, but we didn’t see any staff. For older guests with large luggage it’s not recommended because the rooms are only reachable by a long staircase.

It’s close to the airport and parking, the Chinese restaurant next door is excellent, the room is comfortable and comes with a kettle and coffee/tea, access is via keycode, the owner responds quickly, I’ve stayed here before and will return.

Walking distance to T3 20mins. No lift to the upper floors to carry heavy luggage. Air cond not working well. Too noisy . Shower head height not adjustable

The room was decent – clean and tidy, no frills, but the thick quilt didn’t help at 29 °C; a summer option would be better. Walking distance from the hotel with light luggage, and it’s good value for money for an airport hotel on weekdays. The only problem was the Wi‑Fi, which was completely useless – could not send or receive emails. Mobile 5G from Vodafone worked fine.
