I was the only guest there, but it has potential; I can see it becoming more fun when it’s full.

The AC worked well, but the place was actually disgusting: the fridge smelled horrible, the bathroom was in no condition for any guest, bugs were in the bathroom, sheets were stained, and there was no housekeeping at all, so the bathroom was literally filthy and beyond the minimum—definitely not recommended.

The staff gave good advice, the room was okay, but the AC wasn’t very cool; the fan helped, and the location was fine.

“A good stay!”

It was good for the price paid; the room was large, staff were very pleasant and happy to help sort out a scooter (though it’s cheaper to just go to the area near the bus station and do it yourself). Across the road is a nice bar by the river that usually hosts acoustic acts. The big communal areas for eating were there, but the place generally felt very quiet with not many other guests. The only downside was that the room had no windows to the outside, making it feel a bit cave‑like, but everything else was fine and it was only a few days.

“Good location. Facilities are well provided, but cleanliness needs improvement.”

The location is great—quiet and peaceful by the river, yet still very convenient to the city’s main attractions and good restaurants. The facilities are fairly complete: towels, soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, and a drinking water dispenser are all provided, which is really helpful. The main issue was cleanliness; there was quite a lot of dust inside, and it didn’t fully match the advertised photos. I understand that this might be due to the major flooding earlier this year and that the property may not have fully recovered yet. I truly hope the place will be able to return to its previous standards of cleanliness soon.
