Everything was super clean, the room was perfect, quiet and dark, the air‑conditioning was very quiet, and the warm shower was nice. The place is very clean. The only issue is that it’s far from all the fun spots: Carera 70 in Laurelles is a half‑hour walk, Comuna 13 is also a half‑hour walk, and the metro is about a half‑hour walk. Buses stop at the door and there’s a large supermarket. The surrounding area isn’t very atmospheric; you’re next to a busy highway. The building feels like an office—super clean but not cozy or atmospheric.

“Comodidad y limpieza”

I slept soundly thanks to the comfortable room and bed. The spot right in front of Viva shopping center is great, with shops around. The room’s housekeeping was fine, and every floor has a kitchen you can use—though I didn’t, it looked tidy. Nothing else to complain about.

“Realmente un muy buen lugar, recomiendo por completo su hospedaje.”

The location is superb, right in front of Viva shopping center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the place is very well organized, and the staff are attentive and always on hand. They should tighten up common‑area use after 1 am, because during my stay several guests came late, were tipsy, and played music while drinking alcohol, and the staff never called them out, which can disturb other guests’ sleep. Also, the linen could use a bit more cleaning—some sheets were a little dusty.

“Bring ear plugs if you’re going to stay here, super loud”

The place was clean and in a pretty good spot. But it’s one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The outer “walls” are just a single pane of glass, so all the highway noise pours straight into the rooms—my room had no windows yet it was still unbearably loud, and the ones with windows are probably even louder. Worse, the front doorbell is deafening throughout the hotel. They put up a sign not to ring it, but people ignored it and rang it at 5:30 am on the first day and at 11:30 pm on the second. They should just disconnect it instead of expecting guests to read a sign and be courteous, because most people are selfish in that regard.
