The spot in area 2 of London is good and easy to reach by tube. The bathroom is clean and modern, and I noticed it was cleaned daily, unlike the room. We stayed for three nights. The room had a French‑style bed, a stool, a hairdryer, a mirror, two small shelves, and a small cupboard with three hangers. There was only one light on the ceiling, no lamps or bedside tables. What ruined the experience most was finding feces smeared on the wall and the odor lasting all four days. We requested sanitisation that evening; a gentleman arrived after half an hour, did a quick wipe of the wall and sprayed a scented product throughout the room. Initially the smell was lighter, but after a few hours it returned to normal. We asked for a cleaning the next day, which was slightly better, yet the odor was still noticeable. This shows the rooms are not properly cleaned and disinfected before new guests arrive. The kitchen is basic: dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, working burners, a fridge and freezer (dirty), and a couple of pots.
