The location is good, close to the sights. The rooms were fine and clean. There was no elevator, so we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. The breakfast area was too small, causing a lack of space and wait times. The tables had low chairs that were a bit uncomfortable for breakfast.

The hotel offered good value and a great location. There wasn’t enough space for all guests to have breakfast, so we ended up eating on our laps in the lobby.

Everything was very good and met my expectations. Nothing to complain about. The only downside was the lack of parking nearby, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The room’s vintage European décor really caught our eye, and the bathroom was modern and stylish with a comfy shower. We liked the location—close to the Art Museum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was tasty, though the space felt cramped. The only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, but otherwise everything was fine.

Service was amazing. Breakfast was great and I was pleasantly surprised it was included. The room had two beds when I thought there would only be one, and that either my daughter or I would have to sleep on a cot – another nice surprise! Because I had my dog we were given a room on the lower level (ground floor, but felt like basement). So the room was nice, but very dark, no view and felt a bit damp. I think if they had told me ahead of time it would be like that I would have been okay with it, but it would have been nice to have the choice before booking.
