How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The first room they assigned had a bathroom with stands all over the wall, and the microwave was stained and dirty from smoking. The room itself was just dirty, with hair everywhere on the bed. The second and third rooms were the same. We stayed for two nights but had to be moved to three different rooms before we found a comfortable one. When I asked the front desk to switch rooms because of the issues, the staff got very upset.

In the beginning, the staff was friendly. The front desk agent during the day is very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff are horrible human beings, especially the older gentleman that cleans rooms with the elderly lady. He literally called me a woman and other homophobic slurs in front of guests and harassed me with homophobic comments and attitudes throughout the two weeks there. I had to leave the property because I extended online for 2 more days but when I arrived back to my room, they completely trashed the room and the evening front desk agent is very rude, belligerent and dismissive. He refused to change my room, give me clean towels, and trash can liners. He spent the whole time trying to gaslight me whenever I simply tried to explain the situation where he stated: " you have to leave by 6pm because now I don't want you here because you're being difficult." I simply responded: "I'm not responding to that!" Completely unprofessional and tried to use his size to intimidate others. I'm open for any advice regarding legal representation also

Smoking was allowed, but the bedding had holes, insects were left in the fridge, the microwave was dirty, toilets often clogged, and the ceiling leaked. The worst issue was the lack of hot water—at best it was warm and barely turned on to the maximum.

The place was comfortable and clean, yet mold and roaches were present, and there were no towels or rags during my stay.
