The shower was the only good thing. The room had no windows, so it was hidden behind a mirror. It couldn’t be opened and looking out was impossible. The toilet flush was broken, so we got another room. The same issue happened here, not as bad. They also played it down. The inside of the bathroom door had not been touched by water or soap for a long time. I’m still waiting for a written answer to a question I asked.

The staff really did their best to help us, but unfortunately no English was possible. Hygiene was not good. The shower drain was clogged, stains on the mattress showed through the sheets.

The hotel sits right near the main sights and the train station, so it’s great if you’re planning to be out exploring rather than staying in. The downside? There’s no fridge in the room and it’s completely dark—no natural light at all.
