The location was good for restaurants and the like, but the floorboards upstairs creaked so much that the tenants’ movements woke us up at 6‑30 am both mornings; under‑floor soundproofing is needed. Parking was limited to one car because three cars were permanently parked there, and they didn’t look like they had been moved this year.

Clean, comfortable, with a large room that offered plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for a longer stay, and the value for money was incredible; the floorboards were creaky.

Great location, clean, comfortable and close to amenities; there was no signage indicating which building it was, and directions such as “park on Ryrie Rd junction with Moncrieffe Rd” would be useful.

The place was affordable, the room was clean, but the shower wasn’t great, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and you could hear every move from guests upstairs.

The room was spacious, warm, and comfy; the kitchen was large, clean, and fully stocked, and check‑in was easy. The only downside was that the occupants upstairs were out late and left early, and I could hear their footsteps, doors, and muffled talking from my room.
