A very nice, spacious, well‑equipped hotel in a classical style and well maintained. Reception was very helpful, with Ms Barsha and Ms Karishma assisting me greatly, especially since I had a tight schedule in Kathmandu. Many thanks.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is great! However, the rooms and bathrooms need renovation, and the breakfast spread was not up to a five‑star standard.

I used to think this place was solid, but it really needs a makeover now; the only perk is its prime spot, yet even in a non‑smoking room you can catch the scent of old smoke stains and everything feels like a relic with its ancient windows and toilets.
