“A perfect choice that combines nature, comfort, service and proximity.”
The hotel is excellent and I would definitely recommend it (I already told my mom). The staff are polite, welcoming, helpful, and well trained. I found the location amazing because it sits in a quiet, bucolic, beautiful landscape yet is only 10 minutes from the city center, and the hotel offers a free shuttle. The rooms are spacious with very good beds, pillows, blankets, and bathrooms. Breakfast is very good and provides a delightful view of trees and the Victoire mountain; the spa is nice, and the restaurants (not tried) are presumably good. Free parking is also helpful. It’s a perfect choice that blends nature, comfort, service, and proximity. On a minor note, the indoor pool could be warmer and the gym better equipped. I also think the lobby is too dark and too glamorous for my taste, but that’s just me.

“Beautiful property with temperature issues”
The location is gorgeous, serene with amazing views of Mt. Saint Victoire that inspired Cézanne. Service is impeccable. Rooms are spacious with modern décor. My main complaint is the room temperature: even with the thermostat set to 18 °C, it never dropped below 22 °C, which is too hot for me to sleep comfortably. For a luxury hotel, not being able to control the temperature is unacceptable.
“Beautiful retreat with wonderful facilities, excellent food and a truly relaxing atmosphere”
We enjoyed a wonderful five‑night stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, a fantastic swimming pool, and a peaceful Provençal atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The restaurant food was excellent, and the location is perfect—just a short drive from Aix‑en‑Provence. Overall, a truly lovely place for a relaxing family holiday. The only disappointment was the dinner situation one evening: just 30 minutes before dinner we were told the hotel’s only restaurant open for dinner was fully booked for a private group, leaving us without a proper dining option. We had just arrived after a long journey with two young children, and reception simply suggested having snacks at the bar. For a five‑star hotel, I expected better communication and a more thoughtful solution for resident guests. This was an unfortunate moment in an otherwise excellent stay.
“Quality friendly and special”
Unbelievable experience. Fantastic high quality place to stay and exceeded expectations by far. Friendly staff and felt a special place to stay. Nothing - bar area was quiet in the evening but not a problem
