The property was very clean and suited our large group, and the pool area was a definite plus. We didn’t like the host’s attitude at check‑in; when we paid the deposit, he listed all possible penalty amounts as if we were coming to cause damage. The sheets were provided, but we had to make the beds ourselves, which was not very comfortable. There were issues with the hot water—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t—like the boiler couldn’t keep up with the high demand (we were almost all the rooms available). At check‑out we were told to take the non‑recyclable trash with us; it would have been nicer if the cleaning staff had handled it, since we had paid for the service and that’s the local guideline.
