How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is close to the university and has nice landscaping; however, the rooms felt dirty and dumpy, the furniture had chips and showed a lot of wear, and the worst was the water pressure—only driblets of water were acceptable.

The staff were generally excellent and the services matched what was shown on their website; the parking area and surroundings were also very pleasant. However, in our room the sink was a bit clogged and drained extremely slowly.

It’s close to the State University of New York at Buffalo, the airport, and waterfalls, so the location is great. Weekday rates are fairly reasonable, offering good value. The facilities feel outdated, corridor lighting is dim and the place looks untidy, and breakfast could be more varied.

The bathtub drained very slowly while showering, leaving us standing in about 2 inches of dirty water.

The hotel is conveniently located off the highway with plenty of nearby restaurants. The room safe was broken, and there was no hot water for tea in the breakfast area—both spouts only dispensed coffee.
