“MEJOR QUE NO LLEGUE A HOSPEDARME EN EL HOTEL”
I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, there was no one at the hotel, I rang the bell many times, and this caused serious conflicts with my travel arrangements. I do not recommend it at all.
“Charged for “included” parking – misleading”
I was hit with a charge for the garage even though the booking said parking was included. When I showed them the reservation, they told me “parking is the street,” which felt like a plain scam. Definitely felt cheated.
“Good location, but many comfort issues”
Nice, quiet neighbourhood and the location is convenient, yet the building feels like an old house turned hotel. The room smelled damp, the shower had no tray so I had to use a rubber brush to gather water, and I found what looked like fleas or bedbugs on the beds. On top of that, the mattresses and pillows were sub‑par, there were no blankets, and I could hear water running at night.
“No greeting at all, a real let‑down”
They didn’t even bother to say hello when I walked in – total embarrassment. The staff seemed to think greeting was optional, which left a sour first impression.
