The location, high‑quality facilities, and perfect host were all excellent, with nothing to criticize.
The location was convenient, very close to Montepulciano yet quiet and surrounded by nature. The pool was very close, not crowded because it was only for guests. The owner Paolo was very friendly, available, and ready to meet our requests.
The apartment had everything we needed, and Paolo, the owner, was incredibly helpful. The setting is amazing, with a large, well‑maintained green area that alone justifies the price. The location is spot‑on, close to supermarkets, services, and the center of Montepulciano.
The location was very good, we were warmly welcomed, everything was very clean, and many small details made it even nicer; we were in vacation mode right away and can only recommend it. The beds were nice, but they were a bit too hard for us.
