“Great place for a pleasant vacation”

The all‑inclusive service was solid, with tasty meals at both the main restaurant and the Blue Fish à la carte spot. The grounds are lush and pleasant, and the sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. The hotel sits in a good spot, with local bus No. 5 stopping right in front and heading to the city centre, which isn’t far. The cocktails at the cocktail bar were great, but the main bar’s drinks were poor. The beach claims a blue flag, yet it’s not particularly clean. The pool isn’t heated, so the water was cold at the end of September; we ended up swimming in the sea instead, which was clean and fantastic.

“great stay great sea view great food”

Breakfast and the overall food were tasty, and we had a large room with a sea view. The staff were very friendly, especially the entertainment team that kept everyone engaged with evening activities. The only downside was that getting to the private beach required a short walk and some stairs at the end.

The staff were very polite, and there was a wide variety of food that was plentiful. The tea and coffee were tasty, and the alcohol and cocktails were of good quality. There were plenty of sun loungers on both the beach and the pool, and the towels and plumbing were nice. The hammam and massage were good, and the animators were courteous and not annoying. The evening programme was varied and interesting. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The beach was nice and the sea was wonderful. On the downside, the food was monotonous, the loungers and design were far from new and in need of repair. There were many beautiful zones that were neglected. The shampoo and hair conditioner in the room were only provided upon arrival and weren’t refreshed, so it’s better to bring your own supplies.

“It is worth to stay. Sure, there is room for improvements.”

The location was spot‑on and the view of the hotel was stunning, blending green and blue beautifully. Activities were good, particularly Octoberfest, and everything was well prepared. However, the SPA and sauna couldn’t be used without a separate payment and advance booking, which felt odd compared to other hotels. Room and bathroom cleaning could be improved; the cleaning supplies seemed outdated and should be refreshed on the next cleaning day. The animation and activity staff were friendly and smiling, but the bar staff were a bit chilly—perhaps they were tired at the end of the season. The outside car parking area also needs better security.
