The staff were very helpful and ready for anything. The facilities were beautiful. We stayed three nights on a business trip and never left the hotel because it was very comfortable and lovely. The restaurant was 10/10.

The indoor and outdoor areas were very pretty, but the room suffered from poor natural and artificial lighting, and cleaning details could be better.

The whole experience was perfect, but the constant movement of trucks in the parking area was annoying.

The hotel's exterior is really pretty, but getting to our room was a bit of a hassle - we had to walk through the restaurant, which wasn't ideal. The pool was always either too hot or too cold, and it was never clean. And to make matters worse, the pillows were huge and super firm, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
