The spot is great—quiet, close to everything, and the breakfast selection is solid. The staff are super friendly, and there's a cheap, fun 3D golf game you can play for an extra fee.

The owner is young and kind, but the breakfast left something to be desired.

The place was spotless; the room felt cozy and comfy, with pristine white linens and a bed that made me sleep like a baby. The bathroom was crystal‑clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Even though I only stayed three nights, the cleaning crew came daily, changed the towels, and the maid washed the dishes—something I didn’t expect. The small kitchen had fresh, new cutlery, so I bought oats and cooked breakfast. A hidden fireworks spot and a decent Japanese restaurant are just a three‑minute walk away. The balcony offers a view of the clock tower, charming houses, and the sea. The street is quiet, the window offers a bit of soundproofing, and the noise level drops before 11 pm. Construction is happening nearby but it doesn’t start early and doesn’t disturb the peace; you can hear neighbors only a little, and the walls hold up well. The furniture feels new, storage is plentiful, and the Wi‑Fi is fast with a strong signal. I’d gladly return. Huge thanks to the staff, maids, and owner—thanks to you my vacation was amazing, especially since I’m a light sleeper and slept even better than at home. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The hotel sits in a decent spot with nearby European‑style restaurants. The staff are wonderful and responsive, always ready to help. The owner kept in touch via WhatsApp and sent us tasty gifts to the room. Breakfast was excellent and deliciously prepared. We stayed in a large room on the fourth floor, very spacious, with good housekeeping that changed towels daily. The nearest beach, Khem, is very comfortable for swimming and relaxing. The downside is a water‑pump system on the fourth floor that runs almost constantly and creates loud noise; if you’re sensitive to sound or a light sleeper, choose rooms on the first to third floors.
