We were thrilled with the entire stay; the staff were very helpful, the breakfast superb, the accommodation quiet and clean, and there was a private parking spot. Nearby the lodging are the stalactite caves.

The building is beautiful, the owners are very kind and helpful, we felt pampered from the moment we arrived with a welcome in front of the location, they also kindly kept the parking in front of the hotel for us, which was a great first impression. The property is very clean and welcoming, making you feel at home. The rooms are large, tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. If I ever return to stay in Ioannina, I will definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it. P.S. the breakfast was delicious. Nothing to complain about, maybe the bathrooms could be improved, but everything else was exceptional.

The location, parking, cleanliness, and service were all good. Perhaps it would need a bit of walking to reach the center.
