I was assigned a sub‑standard room. When I asked, they said that was the room. I walked around, found a better one, and returned to grab my bag and the key; they then told me I could move in because my room was ready. Why didn’t they tell me the room wasn’t ready at check‑in instead of putting me in a terrible room?

The location and rooms were fine. The rooms are very small but very clean. There was no chair in the room, and the shower head and sink tap were broken.

I liked nothing except the location. A room with lights shining in from the corridor all night. Noise coming up the stairs until late. Reek of cigarette smoke despite prominent notices forbidding smoking. Completely unacceptable and not cheap for what it is. Avoid.
