NINO

I absolutely loved everything! It felt like we were visiting friends rather than renting a place. The hosts were incredibly friendly and even helped fix a broken car guard 🙈 Huge thanks for making our trip so enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and fully equipped. I’ll definitely come back again!

They were overbooked and didn’t honor my reservation.

The location is great, the house is big and quiet, and the room has a shower and toilet. There’s a small kitchen on the floor, and shops and cafés nearby. They picked us up from the airport at 1 am, and the people were friendly. However, they never handed us the TV remote, and the broom wasn’t returned to its place, so we had to run around looking for it. The floor cloth was missing too. The air‑conditioners were very noisy and it was uncomfortable to turn them on. Opening the windows let in bugs and mosquitoes. It’s a shame the room had no balcony, so we had to run to the shared balcony to hang things. Wi‑Fi was spotty in the room and not everywhere.

“Впечатлен, что не заселили”

At first glance the hotel looked cute and fresh. We booked for one night, but when we called they said they wouldn’t accept a one‑night stay and that Booking was glitching with no rooms available. They offered a three‑night stay, found a room, and said we could come see it. We drove across the city to find out that another room was available at exactly twice the price… I’ve never seen such a situation in 15 years of using Booking. Usually, if there’s a hiccup, they either upgrade the room for free or resolve the issue elsewhere, but here they just told us it was either double the price or find something else.
