I had to give it a 1.0/10 because there was literally no real option to choose from. Over three days I couldn't locate the hostel at all because the listed address was fake, the phone number was dead, and when I tried to reach out through the booking portal they never replied—just a complete scam.

There was nothing there and no staff; you only pay through the app, and when you arrive there's no staff and no room, so it's a theft of money. The money was stolen when paying, and upon arrival there was no room and no staff.
