I liked how close the metro was, the free use of the washer and dryer, and the in‑room ironing and sanitizing tool was a lifesaver. My bathroom was leaking, but they repaired it and I’m grateful; however, the repair marks were left visible and the area wasn’t cleaned properly afterward.

The spot near the metro was great for getting around the city, and the neighborhood in Busan was quiet yet lively. The room was huge by South Korean standards, with a comfy bed and plenty of space. A clothes‑refreshing wardrobe was handy after BBQ and hotpot. The bathroom was roomy with excellent amenities, a fantastic shower, and a very relaxing bathtub. The staff were extremely welcoming; even though their English wasn’t perfect, they used translation apps and other methods to communicate. Their constant presence made me feel safe, and they let me leave my luggage on the checkout day while I explored the city. Breakfast, served on the 8th floor, included bottled and machine water, a coffee machine, bread, jam, butter, and cereal with milk. There was also a small balcony on the same floor with two free washing machines and a dryer, which was very convenient. Breakfast is advertised as included but is quite limited (“light breakfast”). Even arriving around 8 am, within the 7–9 am serving window, the bread was often gone. Portions should be better managed or increased, as it’s unfair if some guests take more and others end up with nothing. Also, the 8th floor (where both breakfast and the laundry area are located) isn’t air‑conditioned, so having breakfast or doing laundry during the hot, humid summer was genuinely unpleasant.

Clean and comfortable for the vehicles. If you need to check in early, you have to pay; that wasn’t mentioned.

The bed was big and comfortable, the room was very private and cozy, and there were no negatives.
