All the hotel staff were wonderful! When I went to the open-air bath, there were many spider webs and it was scary.

The hot springs were good and I got a good deal. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I liked how spacious the room was and enjoyed the night‑time lighting of the Yubatake hot spring. Unfortunately, there was an insect in the bathroom, so I hope they address that.

The onsen and open‑air bath felt wonderful, and I appreciated finding the futon already laid out as soon as I entered the room; the place was clean and comfortable. The outdoor bath styled after the hot‑spring field was a bit lukewarm, though.
We could all soak together in the mixed‑gender open‑air bath while wearing work‑clothes, and early in the morning only one other party was there, making it feel almost private. The room comfortably accommodated five of us for a good night’s sleep.
