Ended up booking here since every other hotel was fully booked, but big mistake. Checked in at 10 pm and the reception was empty, no one around - even the security guard told me the receptionist wasn't available and they didn't have any room keys. Like, what? It's the middle of the night. Had to scramble and find another hotel because they couldn't provide the room I'd already paid for.
