We had a wonderful time during our stay. Breakfasts were delicious and the staff were kind and attentive. Overall, it was a lovely experience; I felt at ease and enjoyed my time there. I would definitely return! The pool opens at 10 am and children are not allowed in.

“Mala atención y exceso de ruido en la madrugada”

The room was clean and breakfast was fine. The staff’s service was terrible this time, even though I’ve stayed here several times before and it’s usually good. The room was uncomfortable, and the noise from the bar increased from about 2 am to 4 am, preventing us from sleeping. The room next door was arguing and slamming the door repeatedly; we reported it to reception but nothing was done. We had a very bad night—when you stay at a hotel you expect to rest. I sent a formal complaint by email and still haven’t received a response. I was very disappointed; the other times the service and rooms were beautiful, but this experience was the worst.

“No lo recomiendo por nada del mundo.”

The pool was fine. There was no hot water or pressure in the shower, the jacuzzi didn’t work because there was no hot water, and we weren’t told that we had to call reception to activate it. Breakfasts were bland and lacked variety; we told reception but the water issue was never fixed. The bed had two mattresses that split in the middle. The room’s soundproofing was terrible; we could hear motorcycles, cars, and street arguments all day because the terrace door didn’t close properly.

The service, food, and room were excellent. The only downside was that the pool was closed on Mondays.
