Nice little balcony, lake ❤️, forested areas 💚, buses to the center run fairly often, you can order a tasty scrambled eggs breakfast, towels are clean. The downside is there’s no kitchen annex, and the room lacks even a kettle to boil water.

The vibe of the place is family‑friendly. Rooms are very modest, lacking amenities and probably need renovation, but that keeps the unique atmosphere. I liked how close the bar/restaurant was. The surroundings are the biggest plus: lake, greenery, volleyball courts, docks, and a wooden path! The neighboring balconies were noisy, with conversations leaking into the room. Overall, the property needs a makeover.

For the price, it’s great. The restaurant is fine, and the grilled sausage outside is superb!!! Prices are quite reasonable. Everything was exactly as I imagined. :)

The first room we got was stinking of cigarettes. In the second room, three out of four power outlets were dead. The floor was dirty… never cleaned. A dead spider in a corner and cobwebs between the radiator bars. Loud music from a party by the lake until 24:00 made it impossible to sleep even with the windows closed.

A very pleasant and well‑maintained place. The property is clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the setting itself is very picturesque. A big plus is the cared‑for green area and the clean beach, which make for a relaxing stay. The only drawback is the distance from the bus stop – you have to walk a bit along the roadside.
