Large, clean room, though a bit dated in parts. Located right on the sea. It got very noisy at night because of the surrounding bars.
Wonderful stay – absolutely recommend. We were satisfied with every aspect. The service was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we felt very welcome from the start. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and overall very comfortable. The entire property also impressed us and was a truly lovely place to relax and feel good. We especially want to highlight the excellent service and warm atmosphere. Overall we had a great time and would return anytime. Clear recommendation – thank you for the lovely stay!
We had a family room, which is more towards the beach. That’s great because the front of the street has a lot of noise from the nightlife. The family room is very spacious with a nice balcony. The hotel didn’t disappoint, but I found Koh Tao in general underwhelming – extremely busy and crowded!

Room view of the sea, comfortable beds, breakfast, reception staff, clean pool. Despite being on a noisy street, the hotel was situated so that it was quiet and peaceful. There was a smell in the bathroom, but that’s due to the poor sewage system on the whole island.
The spot is practically right by Sairee Beach, close to bars, restaurants and diving centers. The breakfast was bland with little variety, the coffee was watered down, and the room and common areas weren’t cleaned well enough.
