“Terrible and unsafe!”

Literally nothing except the bed was comfortable I guess. This whole hotel was very catfish overall! It was extremely dirty. Immediately when we checked in we saw a whole community of homeless people hanging around outside and one of them tried to approach the car. I had instant anxiety because clearly I cant refund at this point and we are on fixed funds for our trip but we decided we would try to make the best of it. When we got to our room it was so beyond nasty. The bathroom door is cracked and rotting and dragging on the floor, the front door is covered in dirt, we opened the side table drawers and theres holes in the bottom, rust all over the lights, missing paint and dirt all over the clogged bathroom tub. There isnt even a shade on the lamp. Not once did they ever come by to clean the room or change the sheets. I will say they did bring us more towels when i asked because we were only given 2. I put down the toilet seats and theres holes was pre stains on top. The curtains were dirty as hell. The bed was making cracking noises when you sat down. People just walk around and tell and its very eerie especially at night. If you are staying here , please make it a last resort. On the second day we got locked out of our room and the front desk lady came to give us a new card but even then we felt like we were treated like an inconvenience for their faults. Our door wasnt even shutting all the way. We thought atleast there was no bugs until this morning when we saw a roach crawling up the wall

The AC and TV were fine, but the community vibe was off. There was no breakfast, and the cleaning staff asked for tips even when they did nothing. Law enforcement had to step in and arrest people.

“Strange activity wit homeless people sitting outside the facility and loitering through the parking”

I liked how the housekeeping staff were punctual and friendly, and the ice machine actually worked. The check‑in was rude and rushed, and the toilet leaked when we flushed. Every room we rented—four of them—had no closet or storage to hang clothes.

“Poor Cleanliness and Not a Good Family Location”

The beds were comfy, but the room was filthy—dirty floor, baby roaches on the dresser under the TV, and a bug on the bed right when we arrived. We killed about 10 of them, and the floor left our feet and socks black. The whole night was noisy; people were smoking and doing drugs right outside our door. I only needed a place to sleep for about 7 hours after a long drive, thought it was decent value, but I’d rather pay double for a better room and location. I’ll never stay here again.
