“Wonderful”

Sara is nice and kind, the room offers a good view. She provides two breakfasts for me. Sara is not always present at the hostel; you should call her after you arrive. The Google Maps location is correct, but it caused a bit of confusion for me.

“como en casa”

What I liked most about my trip was, without a doubt, doña Sara’s attention. She is very helpful, kind, decent, and always very formal. Her facilities are very comfortable and welcoming. The room I got had a beautiful view of Guanajuato, and everything was well equipped, which made my stay even more pleasant. I leave Guanajuato very happy, grateful for the great experience I had and especially for doña Sara’s hospitality. She definitely made me feel at home. Thank you so much for everything! Everything was perfect with doña Sara; I leave very happy and everything went as planned.

Nothing. The owner never answered, I arrived alone on my own, the place is horrible, the access is horrible and complicated, I arrived at check‑in time and he never answered, I was drenched in the rain for an hour and that was it, until I called customer service and they helped me locate the owner, the very cynical one sent me an email saying he was far away and that I should cancel (obviously so that the cancellation would be paid by me and I would get no refund). I do not recommend this host, I had a horrible experience. I hope they soon cancel the service for this app and for the ARB as well.
