The spot was awesome—right next to Waffle House and Truist Park!
The decor was modern, but the TV didn’t work at all, the shower didn’t drain, the front desk had only one person who I couldn’t understand because of their English, I waited 15 minutes for my turn to get a room key while about 7 others were behind me—even though I checked in online myself—so I’m disappointed and won’t return; the hotel was clean, and it sits across an 8‑lane highway from the Braves stadium.
“My stay was more than disappointing. For nearly $400 a night I expect operating facilities.”
Breakfast was mediocre, which is unacceptable given how much the room cost; the elevators were out of order, so my son and I had to use the stairs the entire time, and no water was provided in the room so I had to buy some.
“Good for the price”
The place was in a great spot and cheap, with friendly staff and a free hot breakfast buffet, but the rooms had a slightly musty odor and the TV setup made finding cable confusing.
“We were there for one night for a ballgame across the street. Did what was needed, a place to sleep.”
The location worked well, but the pool was VERY cold, too chilly for the kids during our downtime, and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped; the hotel did its job by putting us near the park, yet I wasn’t overly impressed.
