Wonderful vacation. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and the beds were comfortable. You can use the sauna and jacuzzi on site. There is a restaurant serving dinners and a bar with drinks. Breakfast is mainly sweet: cakes, rolls, yoghurts, and fruit.

The hotel was amazing, located in a beautiful valley just 10 minutes from the ski slopes, perfect for exploring the surroundings on foot. The family‑friendly atmosphere and excellent service from the entire staff made the stay enjoyable, and the food was great. The rooms were superb, with high‑quality linens and a fantastic shower. Everything was flawless; there was nothing to complain about.

The Baita is very secluded and quiet at the end of the valley and the beginning of the Tonale Pass, and the house has been well cleaned. It’s ideal for cross‑country skiing, hiking, and cycling. To ski, you only need to drive 15 minutes to Dao Lasa, which takes you into the Madonna di Campiglio ski area. There is no way to charge an electric car. Unfortunately, the house is generally not well managed. For example, on Tuesday the rolls ran out at breakfast, and we only learned by chance that scrambled and fried eggs were available. No sign or notice was posted. The entire room had only one set of salt and pepper. The staff spoke only Italian, so we had to translate scrambled eggs with Google. Towels for the small spa area were missing, and before the sauna there was no place to leave a towel or bathrobe. The ski room could only be found by asking at reception; there was no sign or signage. Many other small issues that shouldn’t have been there lowered the rating.

The accommodation was new, clean, and set in a lovely environment. The restaurant dishes were tasty, and the breakfast portions were adequate. However, there was confusion about the sauna: it was supposed to cost €10 per person, but we were charged €20, and only after a family discount did the price drop to around €15. Another issue was the reservation system, which allowed multiple people to book the same time slot. The sauna had only one shower, and overall the setup was incomplete. The booked sauna was not heated, so we spent about half the time feeling cold.
