Our stay at The House 15 Villa was one of the absolute highlights of our Taiwan trip. The villas and the entire complex are beautiful, quiet, and crafted with incredible attention to detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Pan. We rarely experience such a warm and attentive host. Especially for my birthday, Pan surprised us completely: she organized a birthday cake, prepared a gorgeous decoration, and even handled a restaurant reservation. Everything was so lovingly and personally arranged that this birthday became a very special memory for us. Throughout the entire stay, Pan was always there for us. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and warm, taking care of so many little things that go far beyond normal hotel service. With her, you don’t feel like just a guest, but truly welcome. Naturally, The House 15 Villa itself is dreamy: beautiful villas, plenty of privacy, absolute peace, and a unique atmosphere. When we come back to Kenting, we’ll have only one choice: The House 15 Villa. A heartfelt recommendation and more than deserving 5 stars! Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect 🤩
