“Outstanding except for the room temperature at night. Staff and excursion guides were excellent.”
The place was surrounded by jungle and wildlife, which was fantastic.

I loved how the hotel took care of us from the moment we arrived at the airport until we left. Everything was perfectly organized, letting us enjoy the stay without worrying about logistics. The boat transfer from the airport to the hotel was already an amazing experience that set the tone for the trip. The staff were truly adorable, available, and attentive. The setting was simply impressive: the bungalows in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by nature and animals, offered a completely out‑of‑world experience. It was truly magical to spend a few days in the heart of the jungle, feeling completely cut off from the world. It was an absolutely great stay! The excursions were enjoyable, but I found them fairly ordinary compared to what I expected from a full Amazonian adventure. Only one multi‑hour excursion really stood out. Some activities, like the tree‑trail, were fun but more “zip‑line” than jungle and animal discovery. The paid excursions seemed more interesting, but they required giving up some included activities. For food, breakfast was very good, and the à‑la‑carte lunches and dinners were varied. However, I was disappointed by some dishes and especially by the fruit and desserts, which I found very bland. Finally, watch the flight times: transfers are scheduled according to flights. I strongly recommend arriving early and leaving in the early afternoon on the last day.

We loved everything about our stay at Inkaterra. A special thanks to our wonderful tour guide Uriel, who made the experience even more memorable.

They have the whole process very well studied and take care of all the details that make your stay very comfortable so you don’t have to worry about anything. The lodge is very authentic and beautiful, with architecture that fits the place perfectly and a location that makes you feel very comfortable. The breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are very tasty, but be careful because if you eat fruit or salads you might get sick, as it happened to us. The excursions are well thought out and organized. We had a guide the whole time, which was great, but on the other hand you have to be lucky with the guide you get; in our case, our guide didn’t know much and didn’t seem very comfortable.

The hotel is very comfortable for staying in the middle of the jungle. Even though the price is a bit high, it includes excursions and meals, the transfer, and the truth is that the service is luxurious. We had a great time. I recommend it 100 %. Rafael was our guide, noble and friendly, we wish him all the best! All the staff in general were very attentive.
