The location is close to the city centre and amenities, and the staff are very friendly. The downside was the second room: instead of two beds it had one large bed and a fold‑away sofa bed, which was disappointing given the price.

The location, cleanliness, and communication were good. The street noise, bars, and poor soundproofing were quite disruptive.

The staff were lovely, and the 5th‑floor room with a street‑view balcony was a nice bonus, plus the location is great for walking or hopping on the metro.

The front‑desk lady (I forgot her name, sorry) was full of great tips and genuinely sweet. The hotel sits on a busy street, but once inside the city noise fades; it’s a short walk from everything and less than 10 minutes on foot to the train or metro. The room was clean, fairly spacious, and the bathroom was pleasant. The rooms are poorly insulated from one another, so at night we could hear the next room’s occupants talking loudly and laughing as if they were in the same space. After a tiring day, all we wanted was to sleep! I would have liked a breakfast option at the hotel; relying on nearby cafés isn’t ideal (the hot chocolate is often subpar), and we tried three of them with my teenager and didn’t enjoy them. Despite that, it was still a great stay at Hotel Domus.
