We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the old town and the flexible cancellation options, and the rooms were offered with two single beds. At arrival we were greeted very courteously. Unfortunately, the two single beds were actually positioned as a double bed and, because the nightstands were fixed, they couldn’t be pulled apart, which wasn’t ideal for our sons. Otherwise the rooms were adequately sized, had two seating areas, a medium‑sized TV with plenty of channels, good Wi‑Fi, and two small water bottles for welcome. The bathroom was a bit tight and the shower door opened only outward, so the floor got damp quickly. €15 per night for the dog is now standard. The hotel’s own parking spots were full, but because we drove an electric car we could use one of the two E‑charging stations for €13 per night permanently. Breakfast was good, with two kinds of juice, espresso from the machine and filtered coffee, various bread toppings, breads and rolls, fresh fruit and fruit salad, eggs, croissants and cakes, yogurt and vegan options. Weekend breakfast ran until 11 am, and they always refilled fresh items even late. The dog was also allowed into the breakfast area. It was nice that almost nothing was pre‑packed. They also focus on environmental friendliness in room service, which is only done on request. We would definitely come back; the only things we’d miss are a kettle and a fridge in the room, and an outdoor seating area for breakfast or a cozy spot in the sun in the evening, but those are minor.

We really liked it. The staff, including the cleaners, were very courteous. Breakfast was excellent. There are plenty of parking spaces about 100 m from the hotel. The center is just a cat’s leap away. The value for money was okay. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.
