The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception and the cleaners; the balcony was a bonus, the bed was comfortable, there was good storage in the room, the shower was excellent, the bathroom mirror was decent, the second floor was quiet, the swimming pool was very good, it was kept clean, and it was close to shops and stalls, including very good hairdressers and a large chemist opposite the hotel, which was very handy. The only downside was that the pillows were too large and bulky for me personally, so I usually bring my own; otherwise, no complaints.

I stay here every time I visit SR and everything about the hotel is good from my point of view; nothing negative.
