How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The bed felt comfy and the owner was welcoming, but the property sits on a very busy road with trucks passing by; we were shifted to a quieter room at the back.

“Good B&B run by husband & wife team👍”

The guesthouse is nice and spacious, the room and bathroom were good, and Martin seemed like a solid host; I would have liked to try their Rapas bar, though there’s no off‑street parking.

Easy access to the fabulous town of Birr. Martin was a wonderful host who greeted my grandson and me and made us feel so welcome. Absolutely nothing else to note.
